What Happens Next!
On enquiry please make known to us any dietry factors! eg gluten, wheat free, vegetarian etc
Our menus are not written in stone, therefore, if you require any alterations to menus please ask!
Once your booking has been confirmed a refundable £25.00 deposit will be required . You will then receive a written total cost so there are NO surprises. What you see is what you will pay!
The full amount is then required 1-2 weeks before your event.
On the day of your event our menus are freshly prepared , garnished, delivered and displayed on serving trays, sealed , ensuring the best of freshness possible.
All menus come supplied with white tablecloths, disposable plates & dishes, plastic knives, forks, spoons and napkins. If required we can supply coloured tablecloths & napkins but a small charge would apply.
Please note all our buffets are served on re-usable presentation trays and dishes therefore the £25.00 refundable deposit payed at the time of booking will be returned to you on collection of trays and equipment used.
In the unlikely event of you cancelling please note the following charges would apply.
Over 21 days notice loss of deposit
Cancel within 14 days and 50% of total cost charged.
Within 4 days 100% of cost charged.
